Vince has more than 28 years of combined experience in higher education, non-profits, and philanthropic foundations. In his various roles, he has built programs and provided oversight for marketing, strategic communications, media relations, government and community relations, alumni relations, and fundraising campaigns. Currently, he works as a Fund Development Consultant for Everyday Impact Consulting.

He is the Arts Programmer for the Philippine National Day Association and serves as board secretary for the Oakland Asian Cultural Center. Vince is a senior fellow with the American Leadership Forum (Mountain Valley Chapter).

Vince earned his BA in Mass Communications (with high distinction) with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and an MPA (non-profit administration emphasis) from San Francisco State University where he received the Barbara Jordan Award for Student Achievement. He is working on a graduate certificate in Arts Administration at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
